Merry Christmas! Here's your gift... lots of pictures!

hey here are some pictures from this past week enjoy. most are them are from the bike ride we went on last pday with our investigator that got baptized this christmas day :) then there is a girl she is one of our new investigators, she is great, i met her in my english class, asked her to meet with us, she said she was already christian, asked if we could share more about jesus, she said yes, we taught her thursday, set a date for the 1/29-2011 (we set dates in all the first lessons, we do what the prophet says and that is what he wants :)) then invited her to the baptism on christmas and she came, then we had an activity that night and she came to that too, then invited her to church and she came to that. teaching the girls here is a little scary, because sometimes it is hard to tell if they are in it for the gospel, or for hanging out with some big nosed white people....well merry christmas and happy new year everyone :)

I get to call home this week!

so this week i call home. so if i can remember all the stuff that has happened so far, feel free to ask tons of questions, the most recent one you can ask me about is riding my bike on the down hill FREEWAY, lesson learned- never trust an austraillian. we have a baptism coming this christmas, we are excited what better way to celebrate? we have some other good ones for janurary, one of which is a 19 year old kid waiting to turn 20 because of family being opposed to baptism, we have no possible way to teach him because he knows more then i do so right now we just role play with him, me and him teach my comp the lessons, were prepping him for the mission, because he wants to go asap! other . there is zeng brother, he is the one getting baptized, we are going biking with him for about 6 hours today. love you all,

Hey Yalls!

last night the english branch by the temple put on a nativity show, they actually got a real horse for it, a mule i mean, where you get one of those things on this island, i dont know, but yeah the preformed it right at the temple, it was a great turn out, we got some new investigators from it, plus i saw tons of people i have met threw out my whole mission. it actually gets a little stressful, trying to keep friends with the ones you have baptized and finding new people at those activities. well this week was quite good felt pretty successful. alot of the the people we were helping to get baptized on christmas aren't gonna make it, one family gave up, wont answer our calls and notes we leave on their door, another investigator is really slow with the whole learning things, so shes not ready yet, and our super ready investigator, who is getting baptized on the 25th, turns out to not live in our area and refuses to leave me and my comp and the ward, i called president bout that, he told me to work it out with the bishops, i hate calling president, i fear those who have authority, except for mall cops :) in the pics there is one guy who we met at the nativity, and he is gonna be our new investigator, we hit it off with him real quick, and there is a mom and a kid, she is a new member, who i helped the zone leaders teach every so often. i cant really remember what else i posted up oh yes tons of BOMs on the table, ill have to get a gospel room in one of my houses and get a book in all the languages in it. well christmas is coming up, hope you all are enjoying yourselfs, dont worry ill be back next year, and christmas will be fun again. love you all ( maybe ). you decide!!!!! jk Peace you know that two finger hand move Elder Brunson

me and my comp, i took these right before emailing becuz i assumed you hadn't seen any in while. well all the mission is going good, Chinese is still tough, but i excepted that along time ago. ive said some pretting embarrising things, just because my tones were off, like telling one of our investigators (male) thankyou for kissing us, instead of thankyou for asking us.... things like that happen every so often, i have learned so much on my mission, such as,,, an appreciation for sleep, im tired, but i have grown so much, im probly like a 1 whole cm taller. i could never be vegetarin, and Asia is just americas better half.... Randy JR would understand that one.... and brother valentine would tooooooooo :) well im excitd for the experiences to come, but other then all that sarcasim, i really have learned so much, i love the gospel, trust God, and respect AUTHORITY. time is fast, but im not worried bout it, life has just started. thanks for all you love and support. congrats Randy and Chrisma (i hope i didnt spell that wrong) i hope you are having fun *_- !!!!! love ya all elder Brunson
