ok i don’t have tons of time so i figured i would write one of these big emails again in order to reply to you all. well lets see,,,, miracles are coming a lot more now that the mission is coming to a close, found a woman couple weeks ago, she has 2 kids and is married but the relationship aint so hot,,,, she calls me her angel... she said i found here when she was in her lowest time of need, now she is just this super golden women that screams with excitement when she can come to church,,, when we teach her in lessons she takes what we tell her then shares scriptures with us from her own reading, proving to us she knows its true,,, hahah she has also stopped swearing as a way of repentance,,, i cant explain how prepared she is,,, ooohhh the blessings of talking to everyone... how i found her was just showing her the book of Mormon and asked if she had seen it... she said no and asked if i wanted to give it to her... i told her she had to meet with us first. Then another miracle taking a man who rejected me right off the bat and after a few words i was then walking away from him with tears strolling down his eyes, as he said "i felt it, i felt it". (Aaron) the gospel is POWERFUL, when we are set apart we are given the ability to unlock the powers of heaven... but as it says in PMG pg #4 .... it says you "can" can meaning it is up to us to take that authority and turn it into power. as i was on exchanges with a 3rd transfer missionary i almost cried with him during comp study (it would have been my first time to cry on my mission), because it finally hit me of the POTENTIAL we have as missionaries and the authority given,,, and i realized it was going away soon. we can do the things of Alma’s missionaries after he clapped his hands on them... we just have to realize it, believe it and do it. ok now directed towards Aaron.. hey i know you dont like me preaching to you... but just a little advice as a thing to focus on... Learn the potential... Aaron when you are set apart as a missionary you are given the same exact power given in alma 31 as he claps his hands on them. The olden day people are not any different then us, times have change when you look through our eyes but not when you look through the eyes of God.... BELIEVE you can have this power, it’s amazing. You will work miracles, don’t worry bout ch3 in pmg the mtc will pound that in you.... LEARN the POWER of what you are soon to behold.... im just starting to learn it... but out here i cant get my hands on the things that would teach me a lot of it... all i have is the BOM and PMG but honestly it is enough...
ok all you now... i have really been trying so hard to get to know the savior now,,, and it is coming,,, i will be giving up things when i come home, so that i may draw near him.... if any of you are thinking of getting gifts for Christmas or anything for me... here are ideas BOOKS from prophets who speak about the savior, anything as long as it has been approved of the church and is about the savior... the thing i want the most though is a BIG NICE PICTURE of the Savior that i can just carrying around with me the rest of my life... i do not want to drop spiritually after the mission i want to keep going. i know it will be hard, and you are all just saying oh its just the phase of the coming home missionary,,, but no I’m being serious,,, i always told my self i wouldn’t be this missionary,,, but why not? its what the savior wants.
